CRM-BW integration
§BW reports (excel workbooks) can be downloaded from BW to Mobile clients through available replication objects
§Using transaction SMOBILEBW the requests for downloadable BW workbooks is sent to BW
§This data is then sent to assigned mobile clients (sites) via bdocs using the replication service(publication-subscription)

Basic of Setting UP CRM and R3 Integration related to BP as an Example
§1. Setting up of RFC destination in all system with which CRM needs to be integrated.

§Table CRMPAROLTP needs be maintained in CRM and R3 . CRM entries are stated in this slide while that of R3 in the next slide.
§Along with such generic configuration for object like BP – Number range needs to be configured –and Account Group needs to be mapped in transaction PIDE in R3 system.

Setting up Administrator Console
1.Type transaction SMOEAC.In the Object Type field in the left screen area, choose Site.
2.Choose Create Object.
3.In the Object information: Site screen area, enter the name OLTP and the description OLTP R/3 System and choose the site type R/3.
4.Choose Site attributes next to the Type field.
5.In the Maintenance of R/3 site attributes dialog box, enter the RFC destination for the R/3 system.
6.Choose Enter.
7.Choose Save.
Setting up of Number Range
1.Go to transaction BUCF. Choose Change Intervals.
2.Choose Insert Interval and enter the new number range. Make sure that this interval is not used in the R/3 system for business partners.
3.It is recommended to use internal number assignment. Therefore the Ext. flag should not be selected.
4.Save your entries.
PIDE
1.For each account group you have to specify the classification (for example Consumer) and the grouping (that is, number ranges).
2.In the dialog structure choose CRM ® R/3: Assign BP Classification to Account Grp or R/3 ® CRM.
3.Make the necessary entries and save.
