Troubleshooting SAP CRM MW
Go to transaction SMW01 and provide Bdoc details as required for investigation. Press F8.
Select the erroneous Bdoc and click on “Show Bdoc Message Errors/Receivers”
The message it shows – states that the error is in FM CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL. So please put a break point in the FM and follows as stated below
Select the Bdoc and click on “Reprocess Bdoc Message”
The control will stop in FM crm_bupa_main_val as the break point as earlier set. Now you can check technically – the issue which lead to the failure of the Bdoc
