Hierarchies
 


Hierarchies are used to visualize special ‘parent-child’ relationships between different objects. With this UI element, the position of an object within a hierarchical structure can easily be displayed and understood.
  
 


§Available on search, overview,
and edit pages
§Used in the Header area or in a related AB
§Table-like behavior
§Can be used differently and always follows business use case-specific needs

Used for :
§Displaying structured information
§Navigation
§Choosing another line in the hierarchy updates the related information to the right or below the hierarchy
§Open / close hierarchy view
on request
 
Interaction center
 
 
UI Areas of Interaction Center
Title bar
Displays a customizable Interaction Center WebClient title
Context area
Combination of account information, alerts, and communication information, which together provide background information for the current interaction
Scratch pad
Temporary workspace that you use as an electronic notepad to store miscellaneous information during an interaction
Account information
Displays info about the account, such as contact person and company
Alerts
Displays messages triggered by system events
Communication information
Displays technical information about the current contact, such as channel, duration, and state
Interaction Toolbar
Provides a collection of tools tailored to your work in different channels
Navigation bar
Allows you to navigate easily to the most common IC WebClient functions
Work Area
The content of the work area either changes manually when you navigate to different functions, or it changes automatically to reflect the next logical step of your current task.
Broadcast messages
Displays real-time messages sent out by your manager
Queue status
Displays the channels and queues you are assigned to
